Backflush Automatic Filter - Q15 Series

Principle of Operation:

Single piece element constructed from wedge wire.
Cleans automatically without interrupting the liquid flow.

Uses pressure within the system.

Rotating seal plate connected to the backwash outlet, sequentially blanks each element in turn.

Lower pressure downstream of the backwash valve induces flow in the opposite direction.

Collected contaminant is flushed from the inside of each element down the backwash pipework.

Cleaning cycle is initiated by adjustable timer and is overridden by high differential pressure.
